Data Collection
This involves designing surveys to collect data from individuals, households, firms or institutions on various topics of interest. Survey design can involve selecting appropriate questions, designing the survey instrument, and administering the survey. We have extensive experience in administering quantitative and qualitative surveys including Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).

Research
Our service include program design and implementation, which involves identifying program objectives, developing strategies to achieve those objectives and implementing those strategies. Our services also include performance evaluation where we measure performance against specific objectives or benchmarks. Our impact evaluation services also measures the effect of program or policy on outcome of interest of our clients such as health, education and economic outcomes.  We have produced a range of qualitative and quantitative research products on various topics. Among countries we have completed research projects and have strong presence include Ethiopia, Uganda, South Sudan, Somalia and Djibouti.

Training
Our services also include training to the youth and newly graduates on a range of skills, knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in their professional lives. We also have training programs for government employees which can help them improve their performance and organizational effectiveness. We deliver our training through workshops, seminars or mentoring programs, both in-person and through online platforms.
